Pricing & Booking

We welcome children from the age of four who are ready for an all day childcare provision in the forest. Our child-led approach means activities naturally adapt to different developmental stages, and our experienced team knows how to support learners across a wide age range.

Our sessions run on Thursdays from 9am–4pm during term time for 38 weeks of the year, at an equivalent rate of £30 per child per full seven-hour day. Fees are spread across the year from the time you book and paid monthly.

We run holiday clubs from 9am-4pm on Thursdays during the school holidays, with the exception of a three week break at Christmas. Parents may choose to include these sessions in their annual subscription too. This allows families to have that continuity throughout the year.

We also offer PAYG spaces for all sessions when there is availability, at the same daily rate of £30 per child. These can be booked within a week of the session date. Places are limited to maintain a high adult-to-child ratio, so to avoid disappointment we recommend an annual subscription. This guarantees your child's place and allows us to plan sessions around their individual needs.

AQA Unit Award Scheme - Parents wishing their child to take part pay a £30 annual enrolment fee. This covers AQA learner registration and gives parents access to an online portfolio of their child's work and certificates from AQA.

Through our registration with Care Inspectorate Wales, families who receive Universal Credit and are working or preparing to work should be able to use the childcare element of Universal Credit to contribute towards their Wildlings payments.
